Im impressed. Most tanks these days suck imo, yours is awsome.

I think your tank is beautiful! Can you list your fish and inverts? Also, what is that "thick" coral on the right side, just forward of the pink and green SPS?

I like your tank, looks great.
Do you have any problems with your bi-color angle nipping at your corals?

I concur my fellow SW hobbyist... job well done.

Thank you every one. I've been working hard on it for about four years now.

@iwishtofish - i have a bicolor angel, a ocelaris clown, ruby head fairy wrasse, midas blenny, and a green mandarin. Inverts are coral banded shrimp, nassarius snail, astrea snails, cerith snails (mexican and carribean), red and blue herms, a serpent start and a sea cucumber. The "thick" coral is either theone with the wavy arms and thats a condy anemone or there is just some random acro that is up there by the pink and green birdsnest.

@peppie - i havent noticed him nipping, he eats pretty well tho. The only time ive reall seen him nip was when he was looking for the stray pellets the fell on something. Also i have that big colt coral in there and ive notice with the bicolor and before i had a flame angel, that the will nip that before anything. So if i see that i feed him. And with a colt i dont really care how much he nips it.

Very full, healthy tank for sure. Looks great!

Is this tank lit by PAR 38s by chance?

umm, yeah, kinda looks like crap to me, so if i were you, i would just break it down & give me all your corals! (LOL) Looks terrific, where do you go locally to buy corals? i live in the north hills of pittsburgh, but my mom still lives in beaver county, i would love to see that tank in person some day!!

@sporto0 - ive gotten a lot from aquaworld, some online, and a good bit from other reefers. Got a few of my sps from RayNist on the PMAS forum.

As far as equipment goes I have a Coralvue hqi pendant 250 watts, a koralia 3, 2 2's, and 2 1's, a maxi jet with the 1600 sure flow mod, mag 7 return from my 10 gallon diy sump/fuge, a modded out coralife super skimmer 220. The tank is a 54 gallon corner shape tank.
