After introducing two angels that I quarantine for almost 6 weeks, I have an ich outbreak on my display. Been treating with Cupramine and adjusting levels based on Seachem copper and Salifert test kits. After a week of treatment, I still have an outbreak. Water parameters are good. How long before you guys see improvement on the fishes?

If you are treating a tank with liverock, your liverock is going to absorb alot of the meds. On that size tank I'm not sure the best course of action, but I would have gone the hyposalinity route as its easier on sensitive fish. I believe angels are in the sensitive fish category.

I treated a FOWLR tank and the two fishes that showed ich took about 1.5 to 2 weeks before that last spot disappeared. I treated for 1 month.

Had triggers/blueface angel/koran angel/tangs, etc. It took about 1 week for copper saturation in LR/LS before it was stable at .5. I think I had to dose 2.5 times the amount.
