7092 wave box controlling?

I have 2 6105 tunzes and a new 7092 wave box but having a hard time figuring out what the best setting is for SPS. My tank is a 125g. Any suggestions?

I would run them on the "pulse" mode, one on , one off and so on.

I assume the pumps are at opposite ends of the tank ?.

Yes the pumps are on opposite ends.
So, the best for sps is to have the pumps pulse instead of flowing constantly?
