I'm going to be ordering a swabbie for my NaC7 skimmer in a week or 2. Is there a way to set up the electrical cord to have a "quick disconnect"? I run all my equipments wires together for a cleaner sump. Is there a type of plug I can use to splice the wires that you can recommend? TIA

Hi Ed,

Our compression fitting at the motor housing is watertight, but I'm not sure if a disconnect there would be as well. You would have to find a NEMA 4X rated disconnect. I'm not sure if they rate disconnects that way, as NEMA ratings are for enclosures. But you'd want one that resists water and corrosion (humidity). I'll check around and update here if/when I find something.
