Apex is dead ?

Well, It’s my turn…
I try to update the Apex to “4.10 _6C11” and that’s it. The Apex is dead. Only orange light is keep flashing.
I restart the, Modem ,Apex, router and nothing. At this point I am (almost desperate…)
Any help for that situation?

Effi, try this:

1. Start the loader app
2. Select 'update firmware'
3. Let the loader try and find the base module. It won‟t and will time out, perhaps multiple times.
4. When it does (leave it running), unplug the base module from power and UPS (if you have a UPS),
5. Wait a couple of seconds and plug it back in. It will automatically go into bootloader mode as part of its startup sequence. Hopefully it will see the loader tool and establish a connection. If the light on the base module turns green without having done the update it means it could not successfully go into loader update mode.

It was exactly as your guide. It automatically went into bootloader mode. and all is O.K now. (it was a short time of pressure……..)
