Apex help, temp/ph/orp all read 0

Hi guys and gals! I'm new to this forum, have been searching for a similar problem and haven't found one yet so I figured I would post.

I got my neptune apex in last week, got it working on my network, had it plugged in downstairs and was gettting what looked like accurate readings on my 3 probes (ph, orp and temp) Then I woke up a couple days ago and they all read 0. The web program shows that there was a power loss the same day that the probes quit reading and this is my current screen on the web browser...

Never heard of this before. Usually when the probes are unplugged there are low readings, but not typically 0. You could try restarting it under the network menu, flashing the latest firmware, or more likely what you'll find most helpful is contacting Neptune directly.
