Florida TAMPA area dive buddy

I just moved to the area last year, we actually live near Wesley Chapel Florida. I have about 300 to 400 dives in the Okinawa Japan but only a few else ware. I’m NAUI master diver certified if that really matters to anyone. I could use a dive buddy I’m feeling a little dry at the moment.
Also I need to get my Scuba pro computer battery replaced any suggestions for Florida TAMPA area?


I have an old injury that has kept me from having any fun or really doing anything. I’m about to retire from the military and don’t have money to spend on fancy trips, I just need to get into the water the cheapest way possible.

Have you hit any of the freshwater springs yet (Ocala area)? I know my buddy and I will be headed up there to do a few dive, if interested I will let you know. You would be more than welcome to go a long if you wanted. We will be headed do to the Keys for a weekend of diving in Oct also...
