I've had this Open Brain Coral for about a week now. The lights in the tank just turned of and this is the first time I've seen it open its mouths. Not too sure if this is a good thing. Can someone that has experience tell me if this guy looks happy?

Harder to tell with that lighting. If the lights went out and both mouths are open, it might have been getting ready to expel waste or deflating (which is perfectly normal).

Or it could just be hungry. If you're worried, suspend your circulation and feed it. I use pellets soaked in tank water to soften... then just apply them to the oral disk. You should see a feeding response and the coral will engulf the food in a few minutes. If you have fish (like I do) be prepared to stand guard as they will steal the food.

use mysis shrimp. It'll eat that or it's not well...
