Found this cute one in a frag bin. It could have come from the neighboring SPS bin but was wandering amongst the LPS and 'shrooms. Body is like a calico crab. Anyone have an ID or know its habits or what it eats?

It definitely resembles the genus that Google shows on a quick search. Not much info on diet. Thank you for your ID. If anyone can tell me if it is a coral predator or not, I'd appreciate it. It is a beautiful crab.

My own Liomera cinctimana ate Soft Corals (Capnella sp.). But i had them in a seperate tank, with other crabs. I feed her with the softcorals, but he ate every other food, too. I donīt know, if he eats SPS or LPS Coral polyps. I have not stone corals in this trank. But it would be possible.
It is a very pretty crab. Do you have a sump, thats enough for the crab.

The image and the video show the same crab. Highly variable in coloration. When they molt, they can look completely different than before.
Pic with the white carpax before molt.
Pic wiht the redish carpax after molt.

Maybe he'll eat Kenya Tree corals... If you've got one, you've got plenty of them to go around.
