Something missing from this skimmer?

I got this skimmer several years ago, and never set it up. The cup is not in the photo but I have it. Other than that, is there something missing from inside? Like a needle wheel or something? I've never seen one quite like this. Does anyone recognize it? A longshot I know, but it would be helpful to know where to get replacement parts. Thanks for any help. I hope I did the attachment right :hmm2:

its a becket skimmer so by the looks of it, it looks right

It looks like it might be an MTC. Other than the collection basket, it looks like it is missing the elbow fittings on the exit port. I believe the number was an MTC HSA 250....that is a Marine Technology Concepts HSA 250, in sump skimmer.
