So my alk was running a little low at 6.72 dKH, so I buffered it with some baking soda. Unfortunately, I messed up when using the reef calculator on BRS, and inputted that I was using recipe 2 (baking soda). So instead of adding .8 oz of baking soda, I added 11.2. Now my alkalinity cant be measured on my Hanna Checker or Salifert kit. Right now I have just some snails and a pair of shrimp in the tank, but this weekend I have an order with some zoas and a fish coming in so I want to fix this asap.

What are my best options?

75 gallon tank, 40 br sump.
No2: 0
No3: 2-5
Amm: <.25
MG: 1440
Ca: 450
Phosphates: .21
ALK: way way too high.

What do you mean it can't be measured with a salifert kit? It should. You may need more than one syringe full of titrant, but you should still be able to get a reading on it.

I agree that water changes are the only way to lower the alkalinity other than waiting. You could try multiple syringes to get an idea, if you'd like.
