Affordable cooling

I have a 14g biocube and when I have the white light on the temp spikes to 82-87, it's in a stable area without any drastic temp changes.

What's a good cooling unit that could also be "economy friendly" on my wallet. And also I bet fish can stand that temp change but coral I don't think can? Any thoughts on that please share.

For my 10g I went to kmart and bought a small fan for $7. Cheap,small, and it doesn't drop the temp too fast. It can be plugged into a wall outlet or a USB port.

+1 on kmart/wallmart fans also you can buy pc fan from radio shack and build it in.
