My dry 50 Lbs ReefRock order arrived today. Well, it arrived at my local USPS office and I had to go claim it. USPS system online said it had been delivered to my residence, but that was not the case, as I had not received anything. I went to the post office to see what was going on. And, they had the box there. I'm thinking that they didn't want to carry the box around so, they had me go pick it up!
Well, below are pictures of the rock I received- 50 Lbs. of it! It's exactly what I requested. (Steven, from ReefRocks.net, emailed me after placing the order to confirm rock size preference for my tank.) Rock is absolutely beautiful. It is very very porous. It feels light but solid. It's very clean and without odor. I am glad I made the order with ReefRocks! I was going to order from Marco but, the quality, price and customer service made me go with ReefRocks. Steven sent me several followup emails about my order. We contacted each other by phone twice and each time, calls were picked up right away. He seems to be very knowledgeable in this "rock" business. By our communication, he genuinely seemed very honest and sincere. He gave me several tips on how to cure the rock. When we called, we were on the phone for over ten to fifteen minutes each time, and he didn't sound pushy to end the call... I was the one who was actually in a hurry!
Another reason I decided to order from Reef Rocks was because, since they are a new Reef Central sponsor, I wanted give them the opportunity to prove themselves. Well, they met and surpassed my expectations!! I am truly happy to have purchased from ReefRocks.
