So I just added this thing to the tank on Tuesday & within a couple of hours time it was already pulling crap out of the water. Even the fish seemed to "perk" up, so I thought great! That was until I added some top off water. After that it went nuts and started to overflow into the sump. I do use water conditioner even though the instructions said not too. (kinda have no choice until I get an RO/DI unit) But I thought it would calm down after a while. It hasn't, as of this morning it's still flowing back out into the sump. I'm totally new to these types of unit, my only experience is with the aquaC urchin. What do I need to do to fix this? Any help would be great.
