used jbj 28g NC setup

hi i just bought a used 28g NC and the back wall and the side got plenty of coralline algae that are all dry up. my question is can i blade the side and leave the back wall alone? the reason im leaving the back wall because i like the color back ground.

Yes, it's glass, use a blade where you need to scrape and it won't scratch as long as you are delicate.

k i did try to scaped of the dry coralline algae with razor blade and credit card. i got about 50% of the coralline algae off but there are spot that its so hard to do it. is it okie if i use SW with vinegar and run the system about couple days. then try to scape it off again? im from hawaii so SW is free and RO water i gotta pay :)

also is it okie to setup a tank with dry coralline algae on the back wall?

It being dried on the back wall won't hurt it when you set it back up again.
