Hello,
I just bought a used 50 gallon cube tank and stand. The stand is approximately 24"x24"x36", is made out of pine, and has a smooth flat bottom (no feet or legs). Looks a bit like this: this (http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p94/zrack4/tankshot004.jpg).
I would like the stand to be 16"-24" higher so that the tank is closer to eye level when standing. What are my options? An ideal solution would not require much construction (if any) as I have no power tools, nor do I have any carpentry skills.
One option: put four cinder blocks, one under each corner.
