RKE Net module not working

Hey everyone. Just got my RKE system with net module in the mail last week. Ive got it all hooked up, all of the status lights are coming on, on all of the other modules, but the status light for the net module is not. Does it have to be connected in a ceritan order with the other modules, or can I just plug it in where ever? Also when i plug it in to the SID it showsa bunch of question marks in the myReef software, the only numbers that it does show is the serial and the revision number. Any help on this would be great.

CALL the guys over at DA. they have always been great for me. Also, you'r unit might need to be upgraded to the latest firmware. Also, try a system reset. I'm not sure how ... I forgot.
