What dry fish food flake or pellets has the least amount of phosphates. Who makes it?

I like new life spectrum pellets. A lot of people on here use them because they are very nutritious. they also usually get eaten up before they hit the bottom so there's no time for phosphates to build up.

+1 for Lynn, I also use new life spectrum pellets. The fish eat them up in less than a couple minutes in my 210.
Thanks, Steve
NLS pellets, freeze dried Cyclopeeze and Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef Flakes all the dry I need. Fish go nuts for all three. Prime Reef Flakes are just loaded with good stuff, I'm always amazed when I read the label, and see why fish love them. No "fish meal" or any of that stuff, just natural sea food.

NLS, Ocean Nutrition, Tetra, OSI, Hikari, they all work. I've never really had any problems with the amount of phosphates each one might contain, (a pinch) it's always the amount of food that's doesn't get consumed that causes all the problems.

As has been mentioned, all food have phosphates. Don't overfeed any you'll be ok. I feed NLS and frozen.

+1 to New Life Spectrum pellets. I also feed PE Mysis (thawed and rinsed in RO before feeding) as well as Nori seaweed sheets.

Same as everyone else haha...NLS Pellets and Ocean Nutrition flakes. Reading the ingredients makes me hungry...So I figure the fish are getting some good grub.

Im going to have to try flakes. My 3 chromis will not eat pellets at all. They only eat mysis and other meaty foods. Anyone had any success feeding flakes to fish that are picky eaters? Is this just a chromis thing?

I also just mixed dry and meaty foods together, and eventually they learn to associate the flakes/pellets as food. Especially if they haven't been fed for a day or two and are hungry.

Why is no one mentioning NLS Flakes? I use these and the fish acept them much more readily than pellets and they are made with the same ingredients. They even include garlic!! They get my vote, I have been using them for a couple years now.

If you look at the analysis alone, Tetra's Marine flakes has the highest content % in all categories. I use that and the Spectrum pellets.
