Twisted nem

My RBTA is twisted. It did the same thing yesterday, and I untwisted it. It wasn't very happy about being untwisted so should I just leave it be? Is this common? I know that the parent nems at my LFS do this often, and don't seem any worse for the wear. If your thinking flow might have done it I can say I am almost positive it couldn't have, seems like it is doing this to itself?

I have heard others on this forum have it happen regularly with no ill effects. I would let it be.

I've seen it on my bta when I had it. If the anemone is doing it by itself, no need to worry. It will untangle itself.

Thanks for the response. :) It did untangle itself before lights out, it looked really unhappy though. Hopefully when I get home today it will be back to it's usual self.
