bulkhead plug

I have to valves coming from my sump, I only need to use one. Where is the best place to get a good bulkhead plug?

You mean a cap to just seal it off? I'd just make one from PVC parts for $2.

Yeah, if the bulkhead is already there just go to home depot and block it off yourself with pvc. It is really easy (and cheap).
