What are These Mushrooms?

Hi,

I adopted my dad's rock out of his tank when I set up my tank this past Saturday. Some of the rocks have some mushrooms on them that are brown/maroon, but when hit by my lights they have a kind of fluorescent green tint to them. Any idea what they are? And are they good to have, easy to keep, etc?

Regular blue mushrooms. Get big and spread a lot!

How do I control them? I like them a lot, but they grow really sporadic. I'd like to get them all in one area of my tank. Also will they survive on my dual T5HO fixture?

They prefer lower light levels.
Controling them is very difficult

How do I go about moving them?

moving them is going to be hard.... you can chisel them out, and not leave any foot behind.... you can slice them off, and let them attach to where you want them to (easiest way is to let them attack to some rubble rock in a dish with some bridal veil over it, then glue the rubble rock to where you want it). Then you have to kill the foot... kalk paste can do it. Fire can do it too.
