My LPS are receding - help

So I'm running a 12g nano tank and a little over a week ago I found my adapter for my light LEDs laying ever so gingerly on the top of my water so I'm assuming I had a slight amount of stray voltage. I did daily water changes not knowing whether or not it would help. Everything in my tank is still doing fine except it appears my Frogspawn, Green Torch Coral, and Candy Cane Coral are receding from the base. I can even se a lttle bit of the skeleton poking through the top of the candy cane. I have a 29g Tank with much more lighting that I could potentially move them to I'm just worried it may case more harm than good
