Help? I have a Coralife Pure-Flo RO unit

The question is can I use any micron filters on this unit such as the filters at home depot for there GE unit etc, or will this not fit since it is a Coralife RO unit?
PS: The reason I ask is I have a HD card and would like to save the money if I can buy it from them. Thanks:beer:
