Been thinking of getting a nps coral and trying to use a seafood medley from grocery store. Can you do this? If so what all is safe to use?

I prefer to buy live shrimp because during the processing chemicals may be added to prevent the proteins in the shrimp meat from decaying. I bought about 20shrimps every time, shell them, and put them in a food processor in order to mince the meat into small chunks(easier for the corals to digest). The meat will be frozen then cut into small chunks, thaw one chunk every time when you need to feed the nps corals.
