Strange algae

So after changing my chemi-pure and my bulbs I have had this strange brownish filament algae show up. I thought it may have ben dinos but most of the pictures don't look like what I have. I have siphoned it out and just came from a two day lights out and it was gone once the lights came back on it has reappeared. The only other algae I have is coraline and the occasional bubble algae.

This stuff seems to annoy my zoas and they don't really want to fully open. It hangs in strands on other corals but doesn't seem to bother them as much as it does the zoas and palys. It isn't really to any kind of plauge portion it is just crappy looking and is mostly for the most part on the sand. Flow doesn't seem to bother it either.
