Best live rock/sand

Hi I'm looking for a good place to buy live rock/sand You know, the stuff that comes with lots of extras :)

I had good luck with Tampa bay live rock, they ship it wet to you so there's less die off.

Did you get a lot of extras? My mom wants me to set FOWLR for her, and she loves to watch my mystery crew come out of my rocks. So I want to get her some "rich" (as she calls them) rocks/sand.

i need some good rock to i only have one lfs and there not that good on rock or fish really :/

I went with a 30g TBS "package" without actually getting a head count I had somewhere between 50 and 100 hitch hikers, everything from hermits, snails, corals, sponges, shrimp, crabs, and yes even a fish.
