Looks nice, it is definitely bleached though. Seems healthy enough to nurse back to health with no problems. What kind of lighting do you have?

How long have you had the AI on 30%? What height over the tank?

kind of hard to see - very tiny pic. Can you upload to photobucket or flikr and then link it here?

Also - it is definitely bleached. Be sure to feed it. That's almost more important than lighting. Photosynthesis does not provide complete nutrition.

That looks like a bleached gigantea, but it's hard to be sure from such a small pic. Beautiful anemone though. With proper care, it may recover. I'd suggest posting a thread in the anemone forum. There are allot of very experienced gigantea keepers in that forum. They can help you pull this thing through.

Here's mine when I first got it. It looks allot like your pic.

This is what you can expect if it recovers. The anemone at the beginning of this video is the same one in the pic above.

okay so here are two more pictures, the tips car purple and blueish and the rest is lighter but i would say white but you tell me what you think and what color it should be

i turned my lights down to about 10% on each timmer, from 5:30 to 7:30 they are on 20% W and 25% blue then they go down to 15 and 20 and kepp working there way down till 10 % blue only.

MY lights are mounted about 3-4 inches off water surface.

I have frozen mysis shrimp should i feed it that?

lol - well, you got it up on photobucket but you uploaded a tiny picture to photobucket. :D Shoot for uploading at least an 800x600 sized image (preferably a bit bigger than that even).

Mysis is good. I used to pick up whole raw shrimp at the grocery store and feed my anemones that.
