I just received an order for some cuc late yesterday afternoon. Being in the hobby for well over a decade, I have used very few online vendors. When i find a company I like, I stick with them. I decided to place an order with Reef Cleaners, instead of my normal online vendor, because of the availability of some difficult to find specimens, ie limpets and chitons. I called and spoke with John and he answered all my questions as I kept him on the phone for about 10 minutes before I placed my order. I also called a couple more times after the order was placed to ask a couple more questions about shipping. Yes, I know, I'm a pain in the butt. LOL
My order was as follows...
10 - fuzzy chitons - All arrived healthy and looking good. They even sent an extra one.
10 - Limpets - All arrived healthy and looking good.
5 - Turbo Grazers - All arrived healthy and looking good.
150 - Dwarf Cerith Snails - All arrived healthy and looking good. The actual number sent was closer to 300+
1000+ Pods - All arrived healthy and looking good.
All in all, I am very happy with the order and the customer service I received when I called. Everything was packaged professionally and I would have no problem ordering from Reef Cleaners in the future.
