What is this invert (with video) ?

Could you help me identifying this invert i found in my reef tank.

Also you may find in top right when light appears a baby shrimp (what should i do keep them alive?)

but the tiny shrimp was a pistol shrimp I think :)
he'll keep himself alive lol
