Halide ballast - quick wiring question

I am trying to wire up my new galaxy ballast to this pendant. The ballast has 3 wires (green, white, black). My pendant has 3 wires (green, black, black). Green goes to green obviously, but how do I connect the other two?

There are no markings on the pendant wires.

it doesn't matter :). Just hook them up.
