I've got tow BTA's a green and a rose both of which were vibrant upon purchase - now after a month in the aquarium they're both losing all of their color... makes no sense. they're fed every 2-3 days mysis shrimp or chopped scallops. and have a clarkii which they both host.

all of the corals in the aquarium are VIBRANT i mean nearly glowing so i'm wondering if they may have been dyed before purchase. the tanks height is 16 inches i've got a t-5 lighting system with 4 bulbs an ATI BLUE PLUS,BLUE SPECIAL,PURPLE PLUS AND 10,000K
all my levels are good
o nitrites,0 nitrates,ph8.4,salinity 1.025,alk,mag,cal are all up to par
coralines growing all over the place.
the corals that are in there are
pagoda cup,frogspawn,torch,green hulk polys,waving xenia,and various zoo's

any help is appreciated
its odd because the rose went crystal clear now after feeding it and caring for it its turning a NEON GLOWING pink so i'm thinking the green with end up going through the same process.. both eat both are attatched to the rocks

it makes no sense

thanks in advance

Bill
