The only thing I can think of is that, I raise the LEDs up a little bit and see how it does

its still bald in one spot, but its improving i just fed it a raw shrimp cut in half,

when it eats nem lowers but before it eats it is stretching towards top of tank like reaching for light but im not sure why

It's very common for anemones to stretch upward when lighting is to low. The column typically gets real long, and they hold their polyp way up off the rocks. If this is what your anemone is doing, I'd seriously crank up those lights. Gigantea is a light hog.

i cranked them up 20% they were on 30% white and 40%max blue

i have them on 50%W and 60%B now see how that goes

Do you have other corals, or photosynthetic critters in the tank? If so, you need to use caution when increasing the light. You don't want to burn your other critters while trying to make this one happy.

I would just go ahead and use 100% and 100%.
I have my LEDs literally 2" from the water and the closest distance from the tentacles to the water line is about 3".
Keep in mind that my giganteas are top priority in the tank.
