Hey everyone,

I was wondering if any of you are able to help me ID this CITES tag I found on a coral that was given to me.

The tag has the CITES logo and the collection / farm logo on the right side says "Bali"

The Tage reads "17.09.09.Ga.sp.F1 0052"

I presume that it means it was farmed / collected on September 19, 2009

Ga. sp ? Goniopora or Goniastrea??

F1 ? Farmed 1st generation??

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!!

Anders

Picture of the coral and the CITES tag may help. The tag info generally is of the date collected and the area of collection along with the rarity of the species.
