Help needed vs ports not controlling my tunze pumps

I had a power outage last night and ever since the apex will not control my Tunze pumps? I have tried a restart and still will not work. The lights on the apex are blinking green. I unplugged the cables from the tunze boxes and the pumps all work. It must be the cables or the variable speed ports. I am using Neptune cables. I have not changed any of my profiles at all. All of the other programs are working properly. Any suggestions or things to try would be helpful!

It's possible the ICs that control the VS ports were damaged, they don't seem to be very robust. If you have a volt meter and follow the pin-out diagram in the New Users Guide, you could check the output. Just be careful. If you short the other pins, it may cause the Apex to reboot.
