Now that I have it....what is it??

Went to buy a torch coral from a guy tearing his tank down today and he also had two fairly good sized rocks with some sort of mushrooms on them....he sold me this entire rock for $30. It's got 7 good sized mushrooms on it.
Can anyone tell me what kind they are?
They actually have green tips on them, but until I get my new lights in tomorrow ( 2 T5+2 actinic )...they just look rather brown under the lights I have now.

Also...the rock is absolutely covered with small polyps of some kind...look like Zoanthids, but really tiny....and they don't look like they'll get any bigger They seem to be attached by blueish 'threads' or roots that run from the base of the polyps.
What the heck are they???

Nice rock! Those are frilly mushrooms and the polyps are zoanthids.

Thanks....thought it was a deal too good to pass up. The Mushrooms alone would probably have cost me just about that much each in our LFS here. They range from about 1' - 2' across.

I've never seen zoanthids that are this tiny before...are they some sort of miniature version?

Zoas will vary in size.. Some will get larger when given ideal lighting conditions.
