What is this on my sailfin tang? One spot in on his tail fin and the other is on one of his side fins. Any idea what it is and how I can treat it if needed?

that's lymphocystis, a common viral infection. nothing to worry about as long as the water quality is good and the fish is fed nutritious food. most fish recover after some time.

+1 lymphocystis will resemble a bit of cauliflower. Fungus is cottony and will usually grow outward in all directions.
