I am days away from beginning my 300 Gallon System build. The LRT thread is only for tanks 180 gal.+ and my display will only be 120 gallons, although the entire system comes out to about 300 give or take.

I don't want to start a thread then get harped on about my tank not being 'large'. Permission granted?

120g DT to almost 300g total volume? That's a pretty big leap....are you counting your RO/DI reservoir too? :lol2:

120 Gal. DT

80 Gal. Sump

40 Gal. Refugium

60 Gal. Volume booster connected to an automatic water change system. Water will be pumped from the sump, to a 60 gallon container then drain back to the sump.

This is not including the 40 gallon RO/DI reservoir.
