MP-40W Spinning??

Help please my MP40W was spinning inside the tank. I have two of them about a year old. I moved the head from one magnet to the other and it does it there. I have cleaned it, checked it...and just can't figure out whats up. I have turned it off, as I don't want to damage anything. What can I do to fix this?? Thanks!

Thanks for your inquiry; a few questions that may help us to solve this issue:

-What glass thickness is your tank, and is your rubber pin spacer (attached to dryside) set accordingly?
-Are you using the rubber gasket in between the pin spacer and glass?
-Have you taken apart (and/or cleaned) your wetside lately?

Below is a diagram of all the parts included with the MP40 wetside assembly- are all the parts in tact and installed as shown below?
