Roger,
I notice flow has reduced in my tank (I vinegar bath all of them just a few days ago) and upon inspection, I notice 7095 is behaving oddly. I have a total of 3 Tunze pumps - 2 6105 and 1 6055. 7095 settings are here:

http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w84/dzhuo/IMG_20110829_1730182.jpg

Mode: Interval 2
Interval: ~10min
Power: Left hand knocks: 50% yo 100%. Right hand knocks: 60% to 100%

However, I notice the right hand bar power indicator always set to 10% (incorrectly) while the left hand bar power indicator seems to be correctly alternating between 50% and 100%. Here is a video (I only let it run about 20s but the 10% never change):

<object width="420" height="345"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/GVxxMLZPLxw?version=3&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/GVxxMLZPLxw?version=3&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="345" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

Why is the power indicator always set to 10% when the knocks are set to 60% and 100%? Pay attention to the power indicator lights of the right hand side. I notice I am loosing a lot of flow because of that.

It looks normal, it is actually 30% and based on your settings it would take 10 minutes (Interval) for the pumps to switch so the other channel pulses and the one presently pulsing then stays at 30%. If you want both pumps pulsing at the same time you would use pulse mode. Interval modes are designed to replicate the tides so one side of flow is on and pulsing and then after some hours typically, the other side is on and pulsing.

You are right it's at 30%. It still seems odd:

1. The settings are from 60% to 100% so why is 30% picked "randomly"? Why isn't the controller honor either 60% or 100%? Are these settings completely ignore and the controller just pick 30% out of nowhere?

2. I simply want the pumps (all of them) alternative between the power settings I set within the interval from the controller. Is there a setting for this?

Interval 1- One channel is on and pulsing, one channel is off.

Interval 2- One channel is on and pulsing, one channel idles at 30%

In both modes the channels switch at the set interval. This replicates the change in flow direction created by tides.

Pulse mode- both channels on and pulsing, interval is not used.

Sequential- pumps come on in sequence at the interval set.

I think what you want is Pulse mode. Interval 2 is doing exactly what it is supposed to.

I will give Pulse mode a try. Will post back result (or more questions). Thanks Roger!
