Help with Apex and Tunze 6055 programming

I have two tunze 6055 streams on an apex controller, but I have no clue how to best program it to give random circulation or wave in the tank.

Please help. Post your setting/profiles if possible.

I have a 60 gallon oceanic, mixed reef tank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
