Need to replace my Bubble Blaster HY -1000S

I emailed through the CoralVue page on Sunday but have not heard any response.
I bought my SRO HOB skimmer from saltysupply in April and ever since I got it my pump has become increasingly problematic. First it would stop pulling water from the tank every week or so. Then it became every couple of day. Then it just went out. I took the skimmer apart and gave the pump a vinegar bath. Still won't come on. When I took it apart I saw I had the old style impeller. I need CoralVue to do something because I'm now without a skimmer. My serial number is 0007852

Sorry Ed. I never received your submission. We have been having some issues with our sites hosting company which could be the source of the issue. You have one of the new BB1000 pumps that may need a new pinwheel. Please email me @ [email protected] with your shipping address so I can send it out to you today if you think the pump itself is operational. If you think it may be the pump then I will send you the RA information to send the pump in for service.
