could this be perhaps like a favia,acan, blasto, lobo or something? It is difficult to see because it is small but there are like 9-10 tiny little ones around this rock.
It has a fleshy ring with a neon green center. It has recently sprung up with some LR I got

yeah and thats what I thought, I think it is growing back!
