Bulk reef supply not getting back to me?

I ordered 2 hydor power heads from brs about 2 weeks ago,when i got the pumps they wear not to my liking at all. I wrote brs an e-mail and left them a voice message on the phone but a week went by and no response???!!?? I just tried the phone number given on the website again and it has benn disconnected .......what gives? thought brs was a stand-up place?

Did you mis-dial? They've always answered right away when I have called.

i emailed them a few times and got responses usually with in a few minutes to 1/2 hr

You should probably put this down in their sub-forum. BRS has been great for me and always very responsive. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems.

They also have there own forum section here on RC maybe post something on there or try the number again. I think you misdialed. I just talked to them friday and they picked up on the 2nd ring.

They have always been good for me too. Have you used the pumps in your tank? I'm a little confused as to what you expect from them anyway. Are you expecting them to take back/exchange used pumps?

ordered this past Sat night at midnight, had shipping confirmation by noon on Sunday. I've never had any problems- give them a try again they'll make it right.
