thanks! The little polyps I have don't look like that. I read the bcp spread like crazy. Trying to keep my tank only a few types of corals.

found this one but i'll still get a better one. the one at the top is more green and looks normal, there is a huddle of four or five to the bottom right that i cant find. when its just the actinics on they are green, when the whites come on, the green is gone and the brown takes over. the tinicals dont look right to me either but what do i know, i am not a marine biologist lol.

Thanks wood! The ones I have are very small and have "hairyer" fingers. Almost feather duster like, but they are more like polyps than feather dusters.

Grabbed some photos of them today. They are not aptasia. I battled aptasia in an old tank for years. Pretty familiar with it. These are way smaller and don't retract the same way as aptasia if you touch it.

Those kind of look like hydroids. There not necessarily bad, but if your going to mount a coral next door they can become a problem. I've always just let them be. (knock on wood) If you really want to get rid of them, just knead up a big piece of epoxy and smother them. It won't be long before that "blanket" turns purple. GL. :)

Those are Anthelia. Give them some flow and the will bloom out.

6speed- are they little bitty? I have some that are a brown/pink color but only like 1/4 " tall? Don't know what they are, not cloves though.
