Looks more like a Ricordia Yuma to me.

Green skin near mouth / purple bumps w. Teal tips... i will try to get a pic of the Mouth

I want to say ricordia yuma as well. If it is a hairy mushroom, that's no color I have ever seen.

With that description(since I couldn't see the colors around the mouth not the other colors mentioned) I would also say Ricordia Yuma. Then again, I have NEVER seen a hairy mushroom in blue!

Better picture (preferably from the top) would help.
