Nice shots...

Unfortunately for me, fall began about a month ago. The tree outside my deck is almost bare of leaves and the leaves turned yellow 2-3 weeks ago.

Fall will be bad here this year cuz it's been so dry everything is already brown. Of course, we only really get maybe 2 weeks of fall anyway LOL.

Love the catepillar feet!

Here in nor cal fall is also beginning this weekend. We might even see some rain, something we usually don't get any of all summer. Leaves are beginning to yellow and detach.

nice - man, I hope that you have a good year! I miss those trees blazing with color that only the East Coast can produce. Though the tundra here can kick some tail, as Recty said .. the trees are yellow and Gold. Fall is over up North, and depending on where you are in town here it's starting to rev up. We did have some high winds the other day and it ripped a lot of leaves down :(. I'm looking forward to some of your peak color shots Jesse! Your images make me want to drag a kayak there and go for a paddle!

Louis that's beautiful. I think we may have a longer than normal season this year. There's been quite a bit of rain over the last month.

Looks that way in some areas. Others have already lost quite a few leaves. Gonna get up early and drive a little north tomorrow.

I see some REDS :). Doesn't look like you're gonna have one big coordnated change this year. Fall up here in town pretty much sucked. There were some nice trees here and there but all in all it just lacked the punch and massive burst it had last year. Oh well, so it goes. Happy shooting, looking forward to seeing more of your stuff as you get it.

Definitely pretty country around you... makes me almost not feel like living in Alaska. I like the country but not the fact that fall started 2 months ago here.

Thanks Recty. The thing is, I really live in a city. Most everything is in a park or along a major highway. I love the seasons in this area though.

Now you got some colors popping. My parents are in PA, my sister in NY. They went up to Maine, or maybe it was New Hampshire to see the colors this year. They felt it was a pretty off year with a lot of brown out. Looks like you found a couple of nice trees though. Nice background color behind the bird on the branch.

I put my birdfeeder out the other day. Dang bear ripped it down already! Guess I was a little early :).
