What are the differences in these two products? I'm looking for a calcium supplement to raise my cal and alk.

I don't know what is in these products. Perhaps the manufacturer lists them?
If you want a supplement to provide both alk and calcium in one mixture, you would need to use kalk water or calcium acetate or if you want to add it as a dry power you could mix sodium carbonate and calcium chloride powders together dry, not as a liquid.
Is there a special reason for an all in one supplement vs two-part?
If you suffer from low pH problems using kalk water would be your best option, but it needs to be dripped. ;)

I can't find any information on "bio cal actif" "Bio Actif" is their brand of salt.

My ph is fine as 8.3. However, my alk stays really low at like 4.5-6.5 and I can't really get it that high but my calcium also has been lower around 400. Therefore, I need to add a product that is going to raise alk and cal.

You could use baking soda and calcium chloride to do this.

Not, unless they disclose which chemicals are in their product. I can only guess. ;)
There is nothing special about the over-the-counter products, except that they cost you more money. :)
You can buy a lot of baking soda and calcium chloride for the price you will pay for these products.

I couldn't locate the Actif version on their web site, so I have no idea what the difference might be.
