The cyano like stuff with the bubbles in it, not the zoas.

Looks like cyano to me. Go to the blue number under my blog and look for the entry on Algae: how to stop cyano is in there.

That looks like the start of a dinoflagellate bloom to me. I would start by checking your pH, you are usually able to get rid of it by elevating your pH levels. Here is a good article on the subject: http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-11/rhf/index.php
