Upgrading the lighting in my 29g BC

I think I'm pretty much settled on the AI Nano or Nano Sol, but which would be better for my tank size?
I don't want to be limited on what I can keep light-wise (would love a clam, for instance).

i would go witht he ai sol so if u upgrade later u dont need to get another light and u would upgrade soon with a bc29
