I have now managed to set my C1501 up and running. Doses ca and alk fine with my aquamedic PH computer set at 6.5
I have aquamedic twin gauges and solinoid valve on the co2 bottle.
I use the needle valve and set the Bubble rate at every 3 secs, and drip rate at 2 secs.
Problem is : when the reactor ph rises and opens the soliniod, I get a handfull of co2 over a very short space of time that sends the ph lower than 6.4 fast and cuts the solinoid out again. The bubble rate is fine for hours until it has been shut off.
any ideas please ???
